Education
Candidates must hold a First Class degree in a relevant field (e.g., B.E., B.Tech, B.C.A., M.C.A., or M.B.A. in Marketing/IT) from a recognised university.
Service Requirement
In accordance with UKVI regulations, candidates must complete a minimum of 3 months of continuous employment at our headquarters prior to being eligible for the UK assignment.
Skill Level
This programme is mapped to RQF Level 6 (Degree Level), requiring a high degree of technical proficiency and analytical thinking.

12-Month Structured Rotation
The programme is designed as a 12-month structured rotation at our United Kingdom branch under the Global Business Mobility – Graduate Trainee Route
Induction
Training at Headquarters; focus on core technical stacks and company culture.
Integration
Transfer to UK Branch; focus on UK market standards, client relations, and local compliance.
Specialisation
Leading specific modules in AI deployment or digital campaigns for UK-based clients.
Management
Transitioning into a Junior Lead/Specialist role with project oversight responsibilities.

Visa Sponsorship
The company will provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) for the Global Business Mobility – Graduate Trainee visa (temporary stay up to 1 year).
Salary
Compensation during the UK assignment will meet or exceed the UKVI salary thresholds (currently £25,410 per year or 70% of the job's 'going rate', whichever is higher).
